Hats off to Helen

A week now and both Rosie and Emily are still sleeping through the night. I am not sure how Helen has done this - obviously lots of hard work - but I guess there is still and element of luck in there somewhere. Still its "hats off" to Helen - even though she is wearing her new birthday hat from her mum and dad!
