Last day of the US trip ... and I spent it in New York! I like New York as it seems just that bit more European than other American Cities - it feels vibrant and alive, full of hustle and bustle. In Oklahoma and Tulsa there was lots of movement but no action - everyone was moving about in their cars. In New York it's great that everyone walks around, that there are shops and businesses all huddled together - not forgetting the great landmarks. Grand Central stataion, the Empire State and Central Park among many.

I managed about 50% of my last US burger in Grand Central Station and being back home now is so great. No more rubbish to eat - lots of vegatables and fruit - and most importantly ..... NO CHEESE
